🌿 The Sacred Begins Here...
Every ritual begins with a breath... and a spark.
Burning incense is one of the oldest ways to clear a space — not just physically, but energetically.
As the smoke rises, it invites you to slow down, set an intention, and step into presence.
It's a moment of transition, a gateway into something sacred.
Light. Breathe. Begin.
🌙 Mini Ritual – Clearing & Centering with Incense
A sacred moment to clear your space and realign with your inner light.
🔮 When to do it:
Whenever you feel overwhelmed, mentally scattered, or in need of energetic renewal.
✨ What you'll need:
-
1 stick of incense (sage, palo santo, sandalwood, or lavender work beautifully)
-
A lighter or matches
-
A calm space
-
A simple intention (e.g. “I release what is heavy and welcome clarity.”)
🌫️ The Ritual:
-
Prepare your space.
Open a window if you like. Turn off distractions. Set your incense in a holder. -
Light the incense.
Watch the smoke rise. Take a deep breath and gently close your eyes. -
Set your intention.
Say it silently or aloud:
“I release what no longer serves me. I invite in peace and clarity.” -
Cleanse your energy.
Slowly wave the incense around your body — from head to feet.
If you’re cleansing a space, move through it in a circle, especially in corners. -
Be still.
Sit in silence for a moment. Breathe deeply.
Let the scent and smoke hold the space for you. -
Close the ritual.
Offer gratitude. Gently extinguish the incense if needed, and return to your day with intention.
